    Vision, through Gaia, in partnership with Starwood Capital Group, acquired a portfolio of over 9,500 multifamily units through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy. By executing a strategic capital improvement plan, the sponsors significantly reduced vacancy, completely repositioned the portfolio, and successfully exited, ultimately delivering more than 15x returns to investors.

He is the founder of GO-RE Partners, a New York City-based real estate PE group, and previously served as General Counsel for a prominent NYC-based PE fund. A Columbia University graduate and a qualified lawyer, Doron combines legal expertise with a strong background in asset management and operational leadership

    Aviad has 13 years of experience in real estate private equity. He is the founder of GO-RE Partners, a New York City-based real estate PE group. Previously, he was an investment professional at a top-tier U.S. real estate PE fund with $30 billion in AUM. Aviad also served as an Investment Director at a global, multi-billion-dollar real estate public company. He earned his MBA from Wharton Business School.
